About the Author
Jacques L. Rolland is a third-generation member of a hotel and restaurant family. He has degrees in hotel management, culinary arts and he is a certified sommelier. (wine steward) Jacques and his wife Liz, own and operate a A'Tuscan Estate, a European style bed and breakfast located in McMinnville, Oregon.
