Fitness instructor, Tracie Long, in her third release Step Forward utilizes all sides of the STEP in this powerful workout from her Longevity Series. You will work on exercises that will improve your legs with moves like the Figure Eight, 'L' Step, Mambo, Scissors, Shuffle, Squats, Jumping Jacks and the Funky Hamstring just to name a few. This high energy workout that aims to get your heart pumping and strengthen your leg muscles with an all over body workout that includes the chest, triceps, abs and core.
Step Forward is recommended for women ages 35 and up. It is 50 minutes long and offers thirteen chapters of medium to high intensity workouts. There are two bonus premix chapters: Total Body Tag A Long(15 minutes) and Step On the Go(15 minutes).
