Recipes and Information

If you want to create your own cakes, you can choose from the following recipe mixes: gluten-free butter cake, gluten-free carrot cake, basic butter cake, carrot cake, quick chocolate cake, dark chocolate mud cake, and white chocolate mud cake. Each recipe is equivalent to one 15-ounce package of cake mix. And, make you own icing with basic butter cream/Vienna cream, glace icing, fluffy mock cream, royal icing, or fluffy frosting. If you prefer, you can purchase a ready-made white icing. You can make your own flavor by adding any extract to the butter cream or ready-made white icing.
There is a pans & equipment section which shares suggestions with descriptions for various cake pans, piping bags, cutters, tins and so on. There are "step-by-step" tips with photos for cake baking such as rolling out ready-made icing, leveling cakes, covering round or square cake boards, making paper piping bags, making frosting, coloring frosting, and so much more.

At the end of the cookbook, you will find a glossary, conversion chart and full sized cake patterns.
