What a great drink for after workout in the gym. It helps feeds the muscles and it tastes great.
* Strawberry Whey Protein - 1 scoop
* Cranberry Juice 100% - 1 cup
* Banana - 1 Large Ripe
* Cutie California Mandarin - 1 peeled
Add all ingredients to an electric blender. Blend as recommended by manufacturer instructions. Feel free to use whatever flavor of Whey Protein or fruits to make your own smoothie. Enjoy!
