Low Country Boil
- 3 lbs. Polish Sausage
- 5 lbs. Red Potatoes
- 1 Dozen Corn on the Cobs (whole or halves)
- 3 lbs. Large Shrimp
- Old Bay Seasoning
- Zatarain's Concentrated Shrimp & Crab Boil
- Tony Chachere's The Original Creole Seasoning
Add water to a very large pot. Heat to a rolling boil. For the first 20 minutes, add the red potatoes and sausage. Next, toss in the corn on the cob for 10 minutes. Finally, for the only 3 minutes add the shrimp and seasonings. Drain. Serve. Eat.
Sauce: We use a cocktail sauce for dipping our shrimp.
